• Compline and manage the company policies, procedures, standards and specifications.
• Manage the restaurant within by increasing the sales and profitability.
• Manage the entire operation of the restaurant throughout the day, include decision making, team members support, guest interaction, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
• Set plans to achieve the Restaurant objectives in regards of sales targets, guest’s satisfaction.
• Ensure that all team members including management team adhere to the Company’s uniform standards.
• Conduct team members and immediate management team Performance Appraisals every six months as per the company procedures.
• Fully understand and comply with all country and municipal regulations pertaining health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.
• Manage and respond to guest complaints and corrective actions.
• Set plans and monitor the food cost.
• Manage vendors orders based on daily and weekly consumption.
• Manage and perform small wares, paper and cleaning and food physical inventory.
• Set local store marketing plans in accordance with marketing department.
