Develop a strong counseling / sales team and oversee the creation of a dynamic, inclusive work place, building the culture while recognizing and celebrating innovation, success and achievement.
Provide input to the budget process, annual business planning activities and quarterly forecasts.

Proactively provide timely feedback and advice to the supervisor on the management of offices and on issues arising from competitor activities, changing business environments, change in student VISA policies etc.
With support of finance team, manage business systems and processes to ensure that all financial accounting obligations are met to the standard set by IDP and in line with local laws and accounting standards.

Assist in managing and controlling the performance of the Business Unit through preparing the annual budget and providing analysis on performance that includes a clear picture about risks and opportunities.
Develop the annual budget for the Business Unit in coordination with the Center Director and the corporate department.
Develop quarterly business forecasts and provide the Upper Management with updates about key action plans, risks, and opportunities.
Control the performance versus the budget and report the variance analysis with recommendations and suggested actions.
Prepare the teachers’ payroll and deliver it to the finance on time.

Created several analytical sheets and reports that tackled the performance through a certain period of time, they were needed by several departments to maximize utilization of resources and continuously upgrade the business unit plans.
Greet all visitors/customers, prospective customers, and provide them with information and answers to their questions.
Responsible for conducting sales presentations for prospective customers and creating a clear picture of the services and programs we offer and help them to choose the right program that would satisfy their needs.
Reaching out for new prospects and sending proposals to corporate clients, via the internet, phone or meetings with the respected clients to ensure maximum service.
