& 35% of the trim parts (chassis parts, metal parts, doors &luggage doors, glass, lighting system, air condition & rubber ).
•Localization Process main duties are extended towards finding local substitutes to the above mentioned items to replace those that are imported .

My responsible was to purchase the needs for the new factory from machines, drillers . welding machines, compressors, saws, grinders and abrasives also I was responsible to purchase fiber raw materials, woods, fuel tanks, wheel drivers, safety equipments, fuel pipes and safety equipments for the workers.
At that time also I was responsible in build the new sterile area at the factory located in 10th of Ramadan in purchase the equipments, lights, isolating system and its stainless steel connections, also I was responsible in achieving the strategic purchasing plan for the pharmaceutical branch, maintain the supplier source list, find new suppliers and to evaluate the suppliers to increase their activity & transfer the experiance to the new members in the purchasing departement

Working as Local Purchasing Supervisor at Adwia pharmaceutical co.,

I was responsible on leading the field force towards achieving the company’s purchasing plan, and to transfer the experience to the new members in the purchasing department, I also was one of the team work who was responsible in building the new administrative building, and the new extension of the pharmaceutical factory, maintain the supplier source list, find new suppliers and to evaluate the suppliers to increase their activity.

In the local purchase dept., I was responsible for achieving the overall strategy of the co. to supply raw materials, packing and maintenance (mechanical, electrical, ..etc.), store building, painting, landscape, inner decoration, computer needs (software & hardware), uniform, furniture and for all the needs of the experimental farm of the company ( irrigation, seeds, fertilizers ). in adherence to ISO 9001 as I worked in the program of having this certificate and dealing with a high variety of vendors in addition to establishing a scientific plan for purchasing based on the suitable quality, price and time.
