- The Depot has 8 KM3 of storage capacity with average annual throughput volume of 0.5
Million M3.
- Products: Gasoline (2 Grades) & Gas Oil.
- Subordinates & Team: 43 employees (9 Staff + 34 Outsourced).
- The Depot is operated in 3 shifts (24/7).
- Average Annual OPEX Budget: 1 Million USD.
- Average Annual CAPEX budget: 3.5 Million USD.

Job's scale :
-The depot consists of two locations, have 73 staff (12 of them are TOTAL statutory
staff), the operation through 2 shifts (24 /7)
-The Depot have 10 vertical above ground storage tanks of a total capacity 11, 000 M3.
-The tanks are split on two locations 25 meters apart, storing two products Gasoil (4
Tanks), Gasoline 92 (4 Tanks) and Gasoline 95 (2 Tanks)
-The annual dispatching capacity is over 1 million Tons in 2016
-Receive products from Pipeline company in via two dedicated pipeline

those associated with “Change” issues and
non-routine activities.
f. Risk/Safety Management including accidents & command activities (Failure, Prevention, Planning &
Corrective measures)
g. Handling & resolving operational emergencies of RMF ’s activities.
h. Developing a conducive work environment by inculcating good ethical work practices in dealings
within and outside RMF work force, including openness and fairness in all interactions

1- Assist the Superintendent in supervising the preventive maintenance schedule working with the
maintenance team for both facilities; into plan & storage depot.
2- Direct, lead and supervise the day-to-day fuelling operations at the Apron, Monitor and ensure
adequate strategic stock inventory to service customers at all times, Plan and monitor the into-plane
deliveries to ensure no recorded delays and smooth operations, with a view to achieving customer
satisfaction, safety, product integrity and efficiency.
3- Cooperate with the superintendent in following up the facility action plan for closing all gaps identified
from previous audits (OE, risk
assessment, inspections, external local authority inspections…etc)
4- Work with superintendent on following the deployment of targeted OE processes in line with Chevron
deployment plan and score card. Review technical standards and manufacturers recommendation required
for the annual/ monthly preventive maintenance plan.
5- Review daily inventory management reconciliation for both product and facility warehouse including
investigating out of limit gain/ losses cases and ensuring availability of critical spare parts above their
minimum stock required to ensure smooth daily operations and reduce refuellers breakdown time if any.
6- Ensure that all plant and equipment are properly maintained and made available for operations through
the implementation of planned maintenance programs and active troubleshooting & repairing of
breakdowns.

This project one of the largest and fastest power project in gulf area, total cost 1 billion
us$ because of it was executed in 6 month only which includes commercial commissioning.
Main client: Ministry Of Electricity And Water(KWUAIT)

This project long term duration and considered one of the largest implement for all pipe
line and tanks since its first construction in 1975, the project value around 850 million
USD (project no EF1500)

floating roof double deck )such as tank 09/02/14 (76.6 Mt/12Mt /34.5Mt Dia)for the bottom
plates, zero welds, roof compartment, cooling ring system, close drain system, roof drain
system, drain sumps, shell repairs, fire fighting system, cathodic protection anodes
B- Maintenance of arrow separators at such as arrow separators/ cluster (13) separator/
production separator T.B. 8/2 & 6/1
C- Fabrication Of fir fighting system of tank 03 at fieran terminal station.
D- Fabrication Of Diesel Tank shell nozzles (Inlet, Outlet, Drain, Fire Fighting & Cooling Ring).
E-Fabrication Of Pipes Upgrading Of Tank Battery 6/1 Which Connect 3 Separators To New
Manifold, Petreco Plant, Gas Scrubber And Flare. F- Fabrication of the connections of two
booster pumps within suction line 10'' and delivery line of 8'' in tank battery 6/1.
G- Fabrication of two new manifold which will feed to the tank battery 6/1, 8/2 and 8/1.
H- Fabrication of the API skimmer gratings at the petreco plant.
I- Fabrication of two pipe lines 12'' from 6/1 to 8/2. & 6''/10 km length at ras gara field
