Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
•Carries out administrative tasks, including new and renewal of labor cards, employment visas, Emirates ID’s in coordination with PRO
•Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed
•Responding to staff queries on Visa/Labour/Passport related matters.
•Ensure timely preparation and release of service, salary, NOC and employment certificates that are needed by employees for various purposes.
•Administer all terminations - medical, death, disciplinary, resignation.
•Handles recruitment and selection process.
•Scheduling interviews for job applicants.
•Assembling new hire information packs.
•Welcoming new employees and arranging induction programs for them.
•Provide new hires with information on company policies and procedures.
•Follow up the probation period evaluation process
•Ensure leave status is verified, provide leave approval, and update system to ensure accuracy of employee records.
•Keep PH and Lieu day tracking accurate and up to date.
•Keep overtime tracking in a timely manner.
•Examining employee records to answer inquiries and provide information to authorized persons.
•Ensure employee database is maintained regularly and is up-to-date
•Ensure appropriate HR information systems are in place to manage and safeguard all employee and inventory records.
•Assist the Payroll department with issues related to compensation and benefit schemes.
•Dealing with complaints and discipline procedures
