O&M Manager and Senior Transformation Consultant for Electronic Transformation Program - “Saline Water Conversion Corporation” “SWCC” in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia”:
Saudi Arabia’s Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC) is the world’s largest water desalination firm. With 30 desalination plants, 4, 000 kilometres of pipelines, over 10, 000 employees and more than 21 billion US dollars in assets, SWCC generates desalinated potable water from the shores of the Arab Gulf in the east and the Red Sea in the west. SWCC the water towards the cities and delivers it to water distributors. Additionally, SWCC also produces about 20% of Saudi Arabia’s electricity as part of the desalination process.
O&M Manager Role:
Managing 8 full time resources + 6 part time (task based) resources, in running the business applications, maintain business applications' relevant environments, and delivering a set of initiatives, including the following activities and deliverables:
1. ERP application QA; with “Ernst & Young” as third party
2. helpdesk implementation (include developing SWCC e-TP helpdesk policies and procedures) following ITIL methodology
3. Business applications support (Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management)
4. Business applications rollout (Oracle Financials and Supply Chain)
5. Assure the integration between the implemented applications (Financials, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll, and EAM)
6. Develop the e-TP Support Charter and SLA
7. Implement Oracle BI analytic
8. Data migration and Infrastructure QA
9. ERP environments administration (Database tier, Application tier, Platforms, etc)
10. Change Management & User training
11. Develop SWCC operation manuals
12. Develop the SWCC e-TP business cases
Senior Transformation Consultant:
1. Business transformation strategic and tactical planning
2. Align the e-TP initiatives and efforts with corporate strategic objectives
3. Align the privatization and restructuring business requirements, with the currently implemented business processes.
4. Transition phase planning and management
5. Participate with “Gartner” consultants in assessing, evaluating, standardizing, and selecting the e-TP Strategy, Standards, Processes, Technologies, new initiatives’ RFPs, and vendors
6. Participate in reviewing and assessing the IT strategy, corporate privatizations, and restructuring BPR “Business process reengineering”; with the third parties (“Ernst & Young” for IT Strategy, “Booz & Company” for corporate privatizations, and restructuring, “KPMG” for Finance department BPR, Policies and procedures, and “Hay Group” for HR department BPR, Policies and procedures)
7. Participate in verifying and aligning the 3 years plan and IT strategy roadmap implementation; with the third parties (“Devoteam”, “Deloitte”, and “Booz & Company”)
8. Participate in developing and documenting the SWCC enterprise architecture using ARIS tool; with SWCC team, “Ernst & Young”, and WAMAD “IDS SCHEER platinum partner in KSA”
9. Participate in building, reviewing and assessing the information security and business continuity RFP; with Devoteam as third party
10. Participate in developing the customer value chain, by identifying the core business processes and supporting functions' processes (vertically and horizontally), and determining the level of readiness from IT perspectives (infrastructure and systems)

Role:
Acting as ERP implementation Manager for Emaar Application Department:
1. Guide, Support and assess the Oracle Application Team (Functional and Technical).
2. Manage the application implementation second phase.
3. Responsible about Managing, leading and assessing third parties (Apps DBA, Application Developer, Security Consultants, and Implementers).

I was Team leader and Senior Functional Consultant in implementation of (General Ledger, Account Payables, Account Receivables and Cash management), in the Internal Security Force - Qatar.
My role was started from operation analysis phase (with Arabic deliverables), to production phase (using AIM Methodology); in addition, I was supporting and assessing the functional consultants.
Implementing Oracle Financials - “Kuwait Customs”:
My role was Project implementation Manager and Senior Functional Consultant in Implementation of (General Ledger, Account Payables, Account Receivables, Cash management and Fixed Asset); and enabling the integration between the legacy system and the Account Receivables module in Kuwait Customs (Second biggest source of revenue in Kuwait).
My role was started from Operation analysis phase (with Arabic and English deliverables), to production phase (using AIM Methodology); including functional and technical involvements. And preparing the weekly status report to communicate the top management (many sub-contractors involved in the project implementation, Audit and control) with the implementation progress and phases achievement.

My role was Project Manager in Implementation and migration of Oracle financials (General Ledger, Account Payables and Account Receivables), in Coca-Cola remote sites. The project phases were as follows:
1. Test environment setup.
2. Documentation preparation.
3. Production environment setup.
4. Data migration.
5. User training.
6. Performance testing and assessment.
7. Design operational reports.
8. Financial Period closing.
9. And finally, sign off the project with the financial Director acceptance.

Designing customized Applications to integrate with (Oracle Receivables and Oracle Order Entry) - “Coca-Cola”:
These customized Applications use Oracle Application interface tables to perform:
1. Import Batched Transaction.
2. Upload Customers’ information.
3. Auto creates orders from other sources.
4. etc.
It used to facilitate Application Setup, integration with non Oracle Applications and to solve migration issues (from 10.7 to 11i).

Designing and Developing the Coca-Cola Sales, Financial, Production, & Supply Chain Decision Support Systems - “Coca-Cola”:
The DSS systems were developed under Oracle Application Server 9iAS Release 2 with using Microsoft InterDev Ver. 6.0.
The developed reports accessed through Oracle Viewer 9i and User Edition; and data consolidation performed in a daily basis from 13 sites across the country. Also, Data entry form developed for non Oracle Application Sites (Using Oracle Forms).
My role was started from analysis and design, to reports creation and deployment.
Oct 1999 - Dec 2000:
Implementing Oracle E-Business Intelligence Enterprise Data Warehouse - “Coca-Cola”:
Oracle Warehouse Builder was used (OWB), SQL, and PL/SQL.
We consolidate data from several databases version (7.3, 8i) and Applications version (10.7, 11i) to Data warehouse server (one or more source systems to one target system).
My role starts from conducting business reporting needs (Dimensions and Facts) to design and generate Database schema include interface tables to facilitate the integration between the Data Warehouse schema and Oracle Applications schema.

Lead team of programmers for developing ADWIA’s ERP systems including Production, Inventory, Payroll, General ledger, Account Receivables, and Purchasing modules.
