• Drive regular refresher training on HR policies at site level
• Ensure smooth on boarding of new hires.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary issues ensuring prompt resolution within committed timelines.
• Drive engagement initiatives & Employee Welfare activities across units.
• Drive career path & career planning strategies for Hi-Potential & tenured employees.
• Track the Annual Operating Plans vs. Actual and recommend means of optimizing the Head Count
• Deliver and champion the company’s Code of Conduct
• Handle all the preparations for plant’s annual meetings and In-touch sessions.
• Ensure policy adherence for audit purposes.
• Ensure a smooth separation or exit process for all resigned/attrite employees

• Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
• Forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews.
• Conducts new employee orientation and apprises employee of benefit options.
• Types employment contracts, and issues engagement advice.
