• Managing the HR - Supervisor function for an employee base of 500 in a plant with a team size of 5 members.
• Supporting the senior management team in all related HR aspects.
• Doing workforce planning, Identifying & Acquisition of Talent liaising with various agencies ensuring right hire for an opening.

• Track the Annual Operating Plans vs. Actual and recommend means of optimizing the Head Count
• Deliver and champion the company’s Code of Conduct
• Handle all the preparations for plant’s annual meetings and In-touch sessions.
• Ensure policy adherence for audit purposes.
• Ensure a smooth separation or exit process for all resigned/attrite employees
• Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
• Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports.
• Processes personnel action forms and assures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.
• Updating and maintaining payroll records
• Maintains budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes and allowances.
• Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries
• Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file.
• Explaining the HR procedures to the employees and ensuring that they are adhered to.
• Managing and Assisting in designing and implementing the new HR policies
• Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Web site, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
• Coordinate manpower planning process and maintain manpower records
• Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads.
• Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
• Interview candidates up to supervisors level and provide feedback to both HR Manager and Line Manager.
• Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
• Forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews.
• Conducts new employee orientation and apprises employee of benefit options.
