Using my sales, communications and precaution skills to contact with customers and make presentation about the projects then negotiate to find suitable unit that satisfy customer needs with the company system and achieve selling targets.
I was responsible for:
- Achieving sales target
- Managing sales team
- Training sales leaders and new sales people
- Working on and advising for working process system and plan
- Leading on selling, installing and after selling process
- Advising for required and frequently sold products; worldwide and locally
- Performing daily sales accounting sheets
- Supervising on installation process
- Controlling and working on showroom decoration
- Following up the store process and helping the store team when needed
- Solving all customers problems and complains
- Sending reports and working on system progress
- Contacting the store to facilate working process
- Cooperate with product management team to get all needed items and new stocks
- Working on new products, items and special orders
- Preparing sale campaigns and their advertising plans
- General supervision on all sales teams, workers, customer services, installations and products and stock
