Review/Preparation of Journal Vouchers for all expenses with all supporting documents.
Checking/Reviewing of Journal Vouchers for correctness accounting basis and proper approval.
Processing of suppliers’ invoices, verify the supporting documentation and process the payments on agreed payment terms for review & Approval by FM.
Good working and knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Finalization and cash flows.
Assisting FM in collection and recording of various accounting data as and when required and support higher management for any info. Needed for effective decision-making.
Maintain the proper documentation for all financial matters such as Invoices, Fixed Assets Register, etc.
Carry out all other accounting activities as requested by the management and Keeping up to date record of all accounting transaction.
Monitoring between the financials records and estimated budgetPrepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow, budget & forecast financials, variance, and other reports to summarize and Interpret current and projected company financial positions; oversee the G/L for the Top Management & External party.
