In Zayoom.com, I am in charge of multiple roles;
1- Overseeing and administrating the website in terms of functionality, customer journey and all visuals including product images, banners, buttons and checkout page (Magento Environment).
I am also in charge of data creation of all products that goes into the website, and updating prices, creating promotions in the website
2- Building, maintaining & growing social media presence to fulfill company vision and targets, advertising the website, service & products.. while serving customers and ensuring them best service for purchases and after sales
3- Managing & Training a team of 5 employees, between Data Creators, Customer Service & graphic designers. making sure the whole operation running smoothly and without any negligence from any of them, .
• Responsible for managing clients' online social media channels.
• Generating reports of growth, feedback and providing consultancy and solutions.
In Abyat, I was in charge of developing and managing social media platforms to accomplish maximum reach of campaigns and products, and at the same time best customer service and after sales for the clients

Responsible for the ongoing management and growth in Honda Kuwait's social media presence in alignment with business strategies and direction.
In addition to generating:
• Content Calendars for social channels media posts.
• Detailed monthly reports from all social media channels.
• Creating some creative artworks and concepts when needed due to long previous experience in graphic design software and tools.
Responsible for creating and finalizing all kinds of artworks and projects
Graphic designer responsible for many well known magazines like : Al-Farha magazine and Waladi Magazine, and many more..
Also doing the work for the oil companies like KOC and KPC and KGOC.
and handling all kinds of different tasks and campaigns.
Responsible for all needed work for the company's many marketing campaign for products they import and export
