1- Build Vehicle localization project plan, develop localized parts, select suppliers for localizing parts.
2- Generate Localization Process, Forms in Cooperation with Other departments.
3- Drive technical and financial negations with Suppliers.
4- Approve final quotations and technical offer.
5- Manage the Sampling phase and OTS parts including all APQP activities, PPAP documents and durability tests.
6- Manage the suppliers performance and quality claims between suppliers and Assembly plant.

•Interpret quality control philosophy and concept of product quality to key personnel in the organization.
• Interact with suppliers to improve their performance and to be sure of their supply conformity.
• Lead and divest applying the statistical tools for analysing product related inspection and / or testing data
• Establish a complete and detailed Quality Control plan for all products.
•Coordinate with production manager and other interested parties to prevent or minimize the cause of product defect.
•Create, document, maintain and implement the inspection and or test criteria.
•Oversee and supervise all inspection and test activities and related activities throughout production cycle.
•Direct & Manage, Supervise all laboratories activities including inspections, Testing, Design Validation, Calibration, and Test Methods & Infrastructure.
• Implement the requirement of quality management system ISO 9001-2008 and model of excellence requirement. and implement the requirement of the environmental management system ISO 14001-2004 or equivalent

1- Supplier development program "Developing GM Suppliers in Egypt for QSB & SFE programs" 20 Suppliers Phase 3

- QSB Trainer.
- Qualifying Styrofoam for SFE.

1- Supplier development program "Developing GM Suppliers in Egypt for QSB & SFE programs" 19 Suppliers Phase 2

- Conduct P-FMEA basic training for the following companies (Idaco for wiring harnesses, Alex for metal and rubber automotive parts, Abu el Yazid for mufflers, Fimco for painted plastic parts, AKL for automotive parts, Industrial control for metal parts)

- Conduct Line balancing (One piece flow) training for the following companies (MCV, commercial, Alex)

- Training and implementing QSB at Idaco wiring.

- Training and implementing SFE at Alex for metal and rubber.

- Implement One piece flow in Welding area at Alex (improve productivity by more than 50%)

- Create a weekly scheduling for presses department at Alex.



2- Preparing Anglo textile company (British company making fabrics of seats and doors for Toyota) for their ISO TS certificate "Now ISO TS Certified"

3- GM Good receiving Warehouse Manager for optimizing the goods receiving process in the warehouse and apply 100% inspection for all received parts before delivery to GM.
