• Responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of a project.

• Lead a team of Construction Manager, Project Engineer, Site Engineer and Foreman to deliver projects with time quality and cost considered at all levels.

• Proficiency to handle high level of official correspondence with Clients, Consultants and 3rd Party to ensure organization's interest


• Collate and analyze information from a variety of sources, understanding, interpreting and summarizing key points. Consider how information can be utilized to achieve specific project aims as well as enhancing and promoting further improvements of general PM techniques and approaches.

• Resolve problems or issues to support the delivery of projects or design objectives. Utilize known techniques and look for opportunities to improve them.

• Define and Carry out tasks and duties as part of project team, to achieve time and cost targets

• Manage and handle work with team to ensure delivery of projects to achieve client aims or resolve specific issues. Establish the organization and strategy by which projects are undertaken. Motivate and guide team members to achieve defined project goals. Work collaboratively and independently to achieve defined goals, holding others accountable where appropriate.

• Consistently deliver clear, concise and timely communications, ensuring parties have a shared understanding by confirming, clarifying and recording matters in relation to scope and timing of deliverables.

• Represent the company in a professional manner in order to deliver appropriate levels of customer satisfaction and build client relationships.

• Prepare timely and accurate reports or input to reports on the progress and cost against schedule, with explanations of variance.
