1) Maintain Service availability and performance.
2) Provision customer and Activation of new Customers.
3) Provide support services for the technical team.
4) Manage and maintain PTP (Nera & Harris Startix) and PMP (Cambridge Broadband Network-VectaStar) systems and monitoring Systems (these report on the status and performance of Mobily's network, ISP services and facilities).
5) Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on Mobily's systems networks, liaising with 3rd party suppliers and handling escalation through resolution).
6) Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting.
