Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities:
* Response to telecom alarms and recover the problem within target time.
* Manage the regular maintenance visit to BSC and BTS to prevent telecommunication equipment failures.
* Test, troubleshooting and report the operating network equipments.
* Work with field sub-contractors to Integrate Base Station into network.
* Perform alarm analysis and troubleshooting of Base Stations and supporting infrastructure and Transmission equipment.
* Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve on-site performance issues.
* Support roll-back to original configuration in the event of unsuccessful Swap

*Ensuring continuous 24/7 network supervision of all Zain SD Network nodes and segments
