My main role is comprised of assisting the Head of Quality and Technology department with Implementation, improvement and maintenance of Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 and Siemens policies/guidelines.
Responsibilities:
• Create new work instructions, standard operating procedures, processes, forms and templates and update old ones for all departments
• Train employees on new work instructions, standard operating procedures, processes, forms and templates
• Supporting the document control program as well as suggest and implement improvements to existing processes
• Investigation and resolution of nonconforming events, CIP and CAPA projects
• Assist in internal and external audit
Main role comprised of assisting the Asset Management Services Manager when required. Provide excellent customers service by building good relationship with customers, handling complains and queries.
Responsibilities:
• Building a strong relationship and effective communication channels with internal and external customers
• Ensuring all customers complaints are being handled
• Building and maintain clear SLAs and tracking process to capture all customer complaints
• Communicate with customer representatives and AMS team to make sure all assets related activities are done in timely manner
• Develop and issue AMS activities reports and KPIs
• Develop business analysis reports for AMS management
Main roles were to assist the Laboratory Operations Manager, Facilities Manager and Research Laboratories Support Manager managing and monitoring all services within 77 laboratories with 60, 000 m2, through close coordination and performance monitoring, time management and scheduling, a high level of service is provided to the laboratory principal investigator, research staff and students. High focus on customer satisfaction and quality of service and operating within a tight time frame.
Responsibilities
• Build collaborative relationship with the Principle Investigators and the Laboratory Equipment Maintenance Team
• Supporting Laboratory Operations Manager supervising Laboratory Coordinators
• Setting parameters of Service Level Agreement with each Lab Manager
• Monitoring preventive maintenance
• Supervision of a team of technicians
• Identification of critical spare parts
• Create a label system for all equipment in the lab and spare parts
• Issue requests and insure that subcontractors have started on the matter
• Monitoring pending requests and insuring they are done according to schedule timing
• Providing daily and weekly requests to keep work updated
• Receiving and rectifying complains in the labs
