MISSION:
Manage entire design and construction process of the project to deliver high class of quality and meet the
client justification .
Major Responsibility:
Manage the day to day delivery of construction projects; time, procurement, subcontractors .
• Liaise with Project Manager & Contract Manager to ensure that client is fully aware of project progress
and is notified of all financial, specification and time risks
• Manage sub-contractors, including monitoring of contractor attendance and progress; provide direct
instruction and support as necessary such that contractual arrangements are achieved
• Ensure that detailed plans are available commensurate with the overall project plan such that material
and resources can be delivered to meet scheduled deadlines
• Ensure all materials delivered to site to meet production needs
• Ensure that safe working practices and safety procedures are fully implemented across the
site/project/contract.
• Ensure that all additional work is identified and that Project Manager, Contract Manager or Commercial
Manager is fully aware of all potential opportunities .
• Comply with Site Managers responsibilities as laid down in the Group’s Health, Safety and
Environmental Policy and complete the relevant documentation on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Implement new ideas and methods and continue to see ways of both improving contribution to the
division’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the Company.
• Lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performance manage staff to ensure staff are
motivated to achieve best performance to meet the Company’s needs.

MISSION:
Manage entire design and construction process within GCC to achieve company expansion for all the
brands and maintain existing assets in a like new manner in order to achieve the company growth and
profitability and work in line with company strategy by focusing in the company Key Results Area .
Major Responsibility:
Prepare yearly budgets for the new projects, maintenance plan and renovations.
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials, EQ, for use in the construction.
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet the deadlines.
Liaising with any consultants and sub-contractors engaged in the project.
Supervising and monitoring the site labor force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors.
Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other challenges that arose.
Providing independent professional advice.
Leasing with and supervising the work of the other professionals involved in the project.
Making sure the aims of the project are met.
Ensuring that quality standards are adhered to.
Keeping track of progress and ensuring that the project is on time and on budget.
Maintaining records of expenditure, accounting, costing and billing.
Achievement :
Open the projects in 2009/2010 plan and achieved savings of 10% against budget .
Make connection with overseas equipment suppliers (UK, USA, Italy….etc) .
Find good contractors all over the gulf countries.
Reduce the cost of the maintenance.
Report to : regional director of design & projects .

Leads and supervises projects and design team .
I was responsible for necessary coordination between various design departments i.e. Architect,
Structure, MEP, Q.S and franchisers.
Implement and update staff with new technology and materials.
Make sure that the sight activities are following up the Brand standard and the design guide line .
Go to the D.M. to discuss the project when it is required.
I was playing the role of Project Manager for the mega project as I have good experience with most of the
government department like D.M., D.E.W.A. and civil defense .

Leads and supervises concept design (malls - hotels - towers ...etc)
Coordination between various design departments i.e. Architect, Structure, MEP, Q.S

Leads and supervises all site activities (Marin work and shoring at Damietta sea port for Gas ) SEGAS

villas in Egypt and KSA .
