 Preparing invoices and maintaining the cash flow during project phase.
 Identifying budget concerns and relevant potential impacts on project financial performance.

Job Description :
Handling all engineering / technical / procurement works during project execution phase.

Responsibilities :
 Full study of contractual documents highlighting all technical and commercial points, scope of supply, projects specifications and delivery time in the starting of any project.
 Checking all Data Sheets, P&IDs, GADs, isometrics and 3D models.
 Reviewing all drawings according to design calculations, codes, standards, datasheets and specifications
 Preparing BOM (Bill of Material) and TDC (Technical Delivery Condition) for all materials required in the project.
 Reviewing of all detail drawings, cutting layout and nesting programs.
 Coordinating and following up all engineering correspondences with clients.
 Technical evaluation of sub-vendors offers for raw material sourcing (plates, dished ends, flanges, non-standard forging, pipes, fittings, mist eliminators, bolting, gaskets, isolation kits …etc.) and preparing technical reports.
 Finalizing and obtaining the approval from client/owner for design documents.
 Recommending spare parts required for commissioning and operating of pressure vessels.
 Technical support to the estimating team during bidding stage.
 Technical support to purchasing team to answer all vendor’s technical questionnaire.
 Technical support to fabrication team to answer any clarification and solve any technical problem.

Job Description :
I was responsible for the spooling center handling all engineering activities related to the Fabrication and Erection of pipe lines in all UAE region.
Responsibilities :
 Leading a team work of draftsmen, checkers to prepare spools shop and site drawings.
 Review all isometric drawings, piping layouts, PIDs & GADs of the project.
 Manage, organize and follow up all project steps through in-house program (Talisman) connecting all company branches in all over the world.
 Study all technical queries raised from work Shop or site and solve it with client.
 Review all Job cards, spool drawings, material lists before releasing to work shop.
 Making a full study for line list and prepare procedure for test packs.
 Attend all technical meetings.
 Planning, monitoring and co-ordination of project progress.
 Controlling of all received / issued / returned materials including pipe support materials.

 Onshore Gas Development Phase III, NGL Pipeline, Gasco.

Job Description :
Handling all engineering / technical / procurement works during project execution phase.
Responsibilities :
 Make full study of all technical specification of the project in the bedding stage.
 Prepare cost estimates for material, machines, fabrication, inspection, coating, assembly, testing and related operation for new tendering Contracts.
 Preparation of all material requisitions of the all project materials after project award.
 Technical studying of vendor offers, preparing technical evaluation reports and comparison sheet between Suppliers.
 Technical reviewing for Purchase orders before issuing to sub-suppliers.
 Preparation and issuing of the workshop drawings ready for construction.
