• Managing and controlling overall quality activities in the project.
• Review and manage the quality assurance document required for the project.
• Prepare all the required reports (weekly and monthly reports) and all required presentation.
• Make site surveillance and pre-inspection before issued the inspection request to do the right work from the first time.
• Prepare the inspections as identified in the approved test plan (ITP) to verify the quality of the work according to project specification and approved method statement.
• Arrange kick-off meeting for all subcontractor to give them all the quality limits and inspection procedure as the project specification and approved method statement.
• Managing the NCRs and SI issued either internal or external and prepare corrective, prevent action till closing.
• Managing the lap records and the calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project.
• Provide support and advice to the construction team in relation to Project Quality Plan.
• Attend and participate in all required consultant and company meetings
• Arrange meeting and training programs to the staff on the quality to update their skills for the quality.
• Prepare and monitor the required KPIs for the project and lesson learned.
• Manage the document control system and keep monitoring the site store.

• Assist in developing the Project Quality Management system by establishing procedures,
Plans and work instructions as needed.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance in
Different areas of work development and at various project Phases.
• Develop and ensure QA requirements are incorporated into project requirement.
• Monitor and report on compliance and nonconformities and maintain relevant records.
• Develop and maintain QA/QC lessons learned register.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality report.
• Prepare and review the method statement for the required items.
• Determine and establish quality objectives.
• Planning and guidance of all QA/QC Recording, filing and archiving .
• Follow-up of internal and external laboratory testing
• Review the contract documents for each Construction stage/phase in respect of QA/QC
Requirements and procedures and advice the Project Manager of any deficiency.
• Attend all activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedure.

 Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets the required
Qualities.
 Coordinating and supervising construction workers and select the required tools for the activities.
