• Ensure the proper operation of the plant, including compliance with any KPIs and contractual performance;
• Assisted by the direct manager, interface between the various corporate entities for problem solving, organization of on-site and remote operations, supply and delivery of spare parts, offers;
• Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting activities to ensure the above;
• Perform all or part of preventive maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance plans,
• Report customer vs. customer reporting on the activities performed and the performance of the plant, in accordance with agreed terms;
• Reporting to structure, regarding performed activities, performance, anomalies and corrective actions, according to agreed terms;
• Report timely and promptly to the internal structure any problems encountered and to be promoter of possible solutions and corrective activities;
• Periodic training to the operators, in accordance with arrangements to be agreed;
• Manage any spare parts available suggesting reorder points and purchases as needed;
• Organize, manage and update any security documentation
• Organization and management of the maintenance and care area of the equipment in use;
Duties:
* Maintenance, operation and troubleshooting of production lines (non-returnable PET, can, non-returnable glass bottles and the auxiliaries) from different vendors like Krones, Sidel, Acmi, KHS, AF, Atlas Copco … etc.
* Contributing at new projects that improve efficiency and reduce operating costs
* Preparing, supervising and participating at new equipment Installations
* Ensuring that all corporate policies and occupational safety and health administration rules are compiled by, when carrying out any maintenance functions
* Managing and supervising maintenance technicians
* Performs system analysis, improvement, scoping studies, front-end design work, and/or collaborates on designs with contractors and consultants.
* Work involves reading blueprints and product manuals to diagnose problems, then using a variety of tools to make adjustments or repairs.
* Maintain and update all documentation for the Engineering department.
* Monitor the use and inventories of spares and maintenance equipment and initiate reordering when necessary.
* Report all maintenance activities, spares usage and Engineering delays to Engineering Management.
Freelancer research assistant in the area of Quantum Genetic Algorithms, fuzzy logic, neural network, quantum computing and data streams/time series.
Duties are to search for research papers; prepare summaries and surveys using them; develop and implement algorithms.
* Responsible for PLCs units in all mills "4 out of 11 mills in the company worked by PLC".

Also perform routine maintenance to ensure proper and efficient functioning of equipment and systems. * Work involves reading blueprints and product manuals to diagnose problems, then using a variety of tools to make adjustments or repairs.
* Maintain and update all documentation for the Engineering department.
* Ensure all maintenance work carried out complies with the company health and safety policy.
* Monitor the use and inventories of spares and maintenance equipment and initiate reordering when necessary.
* Supervise and coordinate electrical technicians to ensure all works are carried out in a safe and timely manner.
* Report all maintenance activities, spares usage and Engineering delays to Engineering and Production Management.
* Train and encourage electrical technicians to optimize Engineering performance.
* Adopt a Continuous Improvement approach with recommendations for plant improvements and/or modifications.

** Scientific organizing trips for colleagues and interested to factories and industrial clusters and various productivity in order to publicize it and look at the activity.
