• Responsibilities:
Surveying buildings where cooling systems are to be fitted.
Calculate load estimations, Climate Analysis, Air System Analysis, Plant Equipment, Utility Rates and Miscellaneous.
Designing and installing systems.
Discussing requirements with customers.
Running quality checks to make that the sure systems are working properly and safety.
Diagnosing and fixing faults.
Carrying out planned maintenance.
• Responsibilities:
- Making reports each 3 hours about machines.
- Operation and maintenance work for equipment's.
- Carry out routine checks on gears, motors, overload detection devices, brakes, doors and locks.
- Make minor repairs or isolating problems until a service can be carried out.
- Respond to emergency breakdown call-outs.
- Install and fit out lifts, lifting gear and lift wells.
- Demonstrate new equipment to clients.
- Refurbish or replace lift interiors, flooring, panel displays.
- communication systems, buttons and lighting.
- Update written and computerized work records.
- Analyze breakdown trends to identify recurring defects in equipment.
