Responsibilities include:
- Plan, schedule, or coordinate MEP project activities.
- Review / Prepare Shop drawings and Technical submittals and Requests for Information.
- Review/ Prepare Mechanical calculation for mechanical systems (HVAC, FF, and PL).
- Prepare budget estimates, progress reports, material take off, and release contractor/worker payments.
- Prepares the mechanical part in the proposals and provides technical support during the construction phase of the project.
- Prepare technical proposals by reviewing tender documents/ drawings, prepare technical offers & put estimating costs of by coordinating with vendors/subcontractors, offers evaluation, vendors/subcontractors negotiations and BOQ/Financial offer preparation.
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.

drainage, irrigation, fire fighting including pumps stations, water desalination plant &sewage treatment) and internal

Project Scope: Our scope was to provide and install the HVAC, Fire fighting, plumbing and compressed dry air systems across the 3 building factories.
Accomplishments: Meeting the extremely short deadline established by the client (9 months) due to production line operation schedule.
Tasks and Duties:
- Studying project specifications and submitting material for approval by consultant.
- Designing and updating Construction time schedule.
- Reporting daily progress to Project and Construction Managers.
- Assigning tasks to team members.
- Supervising the installation team
- Coordinate between different departments.
• Mechanical and plumbing design review and MEP works and disciplines coordination.
• VRV / VRF systems design including unit’s selection, piping and refnets sizing and additional refrigerant charge, system installation and start up.
• Chilled water plant design.
• Cooling load estimation and HVAC systems’ design calculations (piping, ducting and equipments)
• Designing and installing Fire Fighting System.

• Good knowledge of the following standards:
