Managing the NOC of the IT Sector in STC.
Coach and mentor senior and junior Engineers/Technicians to ensure personnel are working issues as efficiently and accurately as possible in a team oriented professional culture.
Ensure adequate coverage for the 24/7/365 environment so that the network infrastructure is running effectively at all times.
Continuous monitoring of all services, and ensuring that every reasonable effort is made to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of an outage.

The IT NOC in STC manages the enterprise network in STC kingdom wide:
- More than 60 Engineers/technicians.
- More than 4500 Cisco and Juniper devices connected in a hierarchical design using a private MPLS network.
- Aruba based Wireless network,
- Cisco IPT infrastructure serving more than 10, 000 users.
- Three data centers In Riyadh and one DR data center in Jeddah all based on latest Cisco and F5 products and technologies
Leading the network professional services team in the company for all post sales implementation activates.
Led the network implementation of many network projects for big customers in Saudi such as SAMA, KFMC, Saudi Post, and KSU.
Preparing the LLD and NIP documents for all implementations.
Providing network consultancy and high level support to our customers.
•Installing the hardware of Networks and configuring Devices to be able to transfer information between different Sites for different applications.
•Periodically upgrading IOS on Cisco Devices
•Tuning the configurations on Cisco Devices to reflect SEC network standards.
•Provide and maintain comprehensive detailed and up to date documentation.
•Monitoring and maintaining WAN circuits connecting the remote sites to the head office.
