Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all ground handling activities at landside (passenger handling) and airside (aircraft handling) to ensure that service level agreements achieved correctly.
• Manage the day-to-day operations by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
• Ensure that all passengers’ services and all aircrafts handling activities conform to safety and security regulations and according to company procedures.
• Conduct detailed investigation of airlines passengers’ complaint; suggest and implement recommendations and solutions to ensure that corrective actions and measures are implemented.
• Develop a growth strategy and practices focused both on financial gain and customers’ satisfaction.
• Prepare annual budget for the station identifying all required and applicable cost related activities.
• Reviews operational readiness by identifying contingency for all areas of airports operations.
• Build long-term relationships with authorities, stakeholders, new and existing customers.
