• Planning & Scheduling the entire program of work,
• Planning, organizing, and coordinate planning activities,
• Preparing cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects
• Verifying critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution
• Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning
• Updating the schedule based on inputs received from project team
• Preparing the monthly Progress reports
• Preparing the monthly Labor histograms
• Accumulating, collecting and analyzing data and information required for planning
• Selecting the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope
• Input the work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of the project
• Determining appropriate logistics solution in managing resources
• Setting up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates
Plan and organize all of the activities of for Annual Maintenance Plans for all equipment and field facilities (Oil and Gas Fields),
Determine all resources needed to follow the annual maintenance plan (Manpower, material, equipment, tools, etc.),
Follow up all maintenance activities in daily bases and all the time,
Issue monthly and annual reports for maintenance activities,
Follow up walk around and safety observations according to HSE procedures,
Monitor and control the annual progress ratios of the annual maintenance plans, Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.
Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as MS excel, MS Project, SAP, etc.
Having direct access to all staff members at all levels to assure full meet of the requirements of the fulfillment of the annual maintenance plan,
Organize, coordinate and participate all meeting ( i.e schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructability review meeting and so on ).
