• The approximate project Budget equal 560 million EGP and the project consist of 28 villas existing on elevated platform with height 13 m. Total land area of 39, 317 sqm.
• V26 (G+1) with approximate Footprint area 324 m2, and BUA 605 m2, 9 units
• V27 (G+1+ Penthouse) with approximate Footprint area 179 m2, and BUA 412m2, 19 units
• My Duties included reviewing and approving Shop drawings submittals, Materials inspection requests - coordination works with the owner the designer - design Drawings coordination.
• Additional experiences gained: Stone columns - keystone - primaver unifier
• Owner: Barons court sports and leisure Technical Office Manager
• The approximate project Budget equal 100 million EGP and the project consist of squash complex building with 1600 m2 area - Olympic swimming pool 50*25*2 m - training swimming pool 25*20*1~1.4 m- covered swimming pool 25*12.5*1~1.4 m-Kids swimming pool- pumps and tanks room - Tennis and croquet courts- kids building and garden
• My Duties included reviewing and approving Invoices, Shop drawings submittals, quantities surveying submittals, Materials inspection requests - coordination works with the owner the designer - design Drawings coordination.
• Additional experiences gained: Mechanical works for Pumps room and swimming pools HVAC and firefighting for squash building.
