- Cascading the instructions and plans from top management to cc team.
- Update the team continuously with latest training regarding handsets features and cc skills.
- Monitoring receiving & delivering cycle of headsets to and from the service department.
- Assign tasks between team members.
- Preparing the monthly, quarterly reports and auditing daily and weekly reports prepared by the team.
- Monitor the performance level and send the feed back to ASM.
- Control the level of customer satisfaction, and decrease the number of complaints.
- Receiving and delivering the cases to and from the customer.
- Call and receive call to and from the customer to follow up with customer.
- Handle customer complaint issued by NTRA or Company Call Center.
- Gathering customer feedback and acting on it and reporting to Head Office on weekly basis.
- Ensuring zero complaint position on Daily Basis
- Managing the Inventory of the store.
- Responsible for Profit & Loss of the Store.
- Responsible for Internal Audit of Stock Movement.
-Coordination with warehouse Department
- Responsible for Accounting, cash handling & Daily Bank Deposits
- Responsible for the discipline, training and motivation of sales team.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Administers all staff issues. Initiates and promotes highest standards of in store training including weekly communication, daily DE-briefs, product knowledge and on the job coaching.
- Stock level handling (Optimum stock, physical count & Hand over).
- Analyzes and appraises the effectiveness of sales, methods, and results.
- Contributes in forecasting and planning with the Retail Manager.
