- Assuring that all construction works has been
executed according to the standard matched with
the drawings and the mentioned specs in BOQ
and Egyptian code (QA).
- Check all materials quality, being sure that its
compatible with required specs quality (QC).
- Matching execution phases with execution plan as
from doing visits to sites to check overall
execution plan, compare it with (weekly, monthly)
feedback.
- Sending feedback reports in weekly basis Vs.
weekly look ahead reports to clarify what has
been achieved from week tasks
Responsible of construction project consists of
(feed factory - poultry hungers)
- Sending feedback reports in weekly basis Vs.
weekly look ahead reports to clarify what has
been achieved from week tasks.
- Matching execution phases with execution plan as
from doing visits to sites to check overall
execution plan, compare it with (weekly, monthly)
feedback.
- Review all invoices & compare it with what has
been done vs. execution plan.
- Check all materials quality, being sure that its
compatible with required specs quality (QC).
- Assuring that all construction works has been
executed according to the standard matched with
the drawings and the mentioned
specs in BOQ and Egyptian code (QA).
- Solving any issues that appears in the site and
coordination between contractors and consultant
to be sure that there are no any
issues could stop the works.
Responsible of project consists of (9 chalets, restaurant ) .
- Arrangement every team works with each other’s
for continuously works.
- Arrangement technical treatment with consultant
(IR, quantity invoice, daily reports).
- Check quality of work for every project part
(materials & construction works, concrete
examination) according to BOQ and Egyptian
code.
- Doing financial summary and invoice it with
consultant.
Responsible of infra project consists of ( building and paving roads, tuning water and sewer pipe lines, landscape)
Check quality of income material (aggregates & asphalt) to be used without issues.
Arrangement all instruments works for nonstop works.
Check (longitudinal & width) level of every layer.
Review the brought examination of every layer with consultant.
Doing the financial summary and invoice it with consultant. arrangement technical treatment with consultant (IR, quantity invoice,
daily reports).
Responsible of governmental project consists of (Admin build, social build, 4 residential builds, swimming pool, water tank, sewer tank and, landscape )
follow up the work progress and send the reports to the senior civil engineer.
Receive all materials from contractors and suppliers with the approved quantity and quality on time according to execution plan.
support senior civil engineer to reduce all the works comments within the allowed time.
support senior civil engineer to assure that all construction works has been executed according to the standard matched with the
drawings and the mentioned specs in BOQ and Egyptian code.
help the senior civil engineer in reviewing the quantities that executed in each invoice.
Responsible of residential project consists of (8 residential builds (basement with 4 stories)
follow up the work progress and send the reports to the senior civil engineer.
Receive all materials from contractors and suppliers with the approved quantity and quality on time according to execution plan.
support senior civil engineer to reduce all the works comments within the allowed time.
support senior civil engineer to assure that all construction works has been executed according to the standard matched with the
drawings and the mentioned specs in BOQ and Egyptian code.
help the senior civil engineer in reviewing the quantities that executed in each invoice.

(3 builds (basement with 10 stories)
Receive all materials from contractors and suppliers with the approved quantity and quality on time according to execution plan.
