1. Ensure material descriptions from the materials requisitions are in accordance with project requirements.
2. Contact suppliers for best quotations and screen the market for ex-stock material.
3. Submit the material requisition with comparison price list to the Unit Head for the processing Purchase Orders.
4. Followup the cash and the credit of purchasing orders.
5. Ensure delivery of materials to sites of the projects.
