Within Business Excellence Unit, managing a Team of 6 engineers to provide the following services:
1- Bidding Projects support:
 In bidding phase we give the technical support to the marketing team to help them show our capabilities and outstanding manufacturability techniques to the client through studying the project and prepare method statement including Jigs and fixture designs and machines specifications which describes, How we will manufacture the parts with required level of accuracy for each part, How we will guarantee quality level stability, How we will control the productivity to mate his due date, How we will handle large parts in both phases manufacturing and erection on site.

2- LEAN Manufacturing Techniques applying:
 Start studying the old facilities to change layout according to current running project.
 Study all production processes to eliminate waste.
 Design jigs, fixtures & handling tools to help avoid human errors.
 Prepare the facilities to apply 5S method.
 Calculating OEE for all machines to help in ensuring best use of them.
 Chang plant mentality by Leading trainings courses and awareness sessions for white and blue collars.

• We found MICRON to fill the gap between international companies culture and local suppliers culture by founding a local supplier able to handle end-to-end solutions with different projects volumes with respect to several Engineering concepts in Manufacturing, Quality, Customer satisfaction, Price-to-Value, Supply chain, Communication.... etc.

• Technical office manager:

Provides technical & engineering information and consultations to support working on the facility to ensure that the product, production processes, and row materials complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction with applying of all GMPs in medical field through lean manufacturing techniques.

• Bloodline Production Manager:

Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals, Responsible of planning, coordinating, control of manufacturing processes, and ensure that goods are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality. Supervise and motivate a team of 70 workers. Determine resources are required.

Within the plant management team, the Plant MPE is responsible for reaching plant productivity targets regarding cross-functional plant’s productivity plans on direct material costs, i.e.: supplier changing of which internationalization & localization, outsourcing and technical productivity (QVE, process and/or part design improvement, ….. ).

• Senior service engineer :
Installation, customer training, annual maintenance and per call maintenance for CNC Turning, Turn mill and milling machines in addition of Customer consultant for machining conditions and suitable tools selection and technical productivity solutions .
• Improvement Team leader :
Forming and Leading a team from colleagues to apply LEAN thinking on service department to improve our service through elimination of wastes in office procedure and on site work. With goal of increasing our market shares in our field.

Enhancement of machine capabilities for better quality, reliability and productivity. Continuous development of the production lines and machines to work with new products. Design and fabricate jigs, fixtures, tools and customized machines. Management of the industrial workshop with manpower of 4 technicians. Application of Toyota Production System tools in the plant, starting with Kaizen, Kanban, SMED and 5S. Continuous improvement of space utilization, flow and layout. Creating and developing material handling methods.
