.• First line support for all BSS NEs Ericsson and ZTE Network.
• Handling Performance (Network KPIs problems), RF and customer complain problems.
• Provide remote support to all FMs team.
• Troubleshooting BSC/TRC (Node of APG43/ APG40 C4 - CP (APZ 212 55) & RNC (3810, 3820 and EVO) Nods problems.
• Ensure trouble ticket management, fault diagnosis, remote fault resolution, management and control.
• Configuration of needed resources for Service Provisioning.
• Handling the TT (Trouble tickets) and implementation of CR (change requests).
• Modify BSS parameters (power, timers & HO control, add neighbour relations of BTSs).
• Handling all networks Critical and Major Alarms using Oss. And Element manager for 2G and 3G.
• Making all FO Reports (planned and unplanned Outage, Incident Reports, availability Report ...).
• Handling FM Calls and Troubleshooting with network problems using command handling for 2G and Amos Tool for 3G.
• Making Work Orders using WFM tool, Opening TT (trouble tickets) Using kista (MSDP) tool.
• Monitoring Huawei network at Cairo using M2000.
• Monitoring ZTE network at Cairo using NET Newman.
• Monitoring Etisalat network inside Cairo using TEMIP.
• Deliver new sites to customer with high quality, over 150 sites in different phases.
• Managing subcontractors in maintaining sites in phases 1, 2, 3, 4 (about 200 sites).
• Building rooftop & green field sites,
• All high ways in Sudan turn-key project (acquisition & construction).
• Making survey for new telecom sites.
• Delivering new telecom sites for Etisalat projects.
