Perform all accounting procedures in efficient, effective, accurate and complete manner and Prepare all financial statements.
o Perform overall accounting operations including payables, receivables and monthly reconciliation.
o Reconcile bank statements, cash accounts, accounts receivable and payable balances on a monthly basis.
o Registering daily entries and move it to general ledger, Analyze general ledger accounts and maintain recording all fund movements.
o Monitor and control freight charges and its related expenses.
o Audit other revenues account and petty cash fund during the year.
o Follow-up and monitor the company's various accounts at the bank, a AED, U.S. dollars, Euros .
o Confer and coordinate for audits with the external auditors.
o Conduct various audit procedures such as receivables and payables confirmation, materiality determination, inquires and analytical
procedures.
o Preparing cost centers and the annually cost per unit in order to determine the best selling price per unit, so that the highest
management can take the right decision toward the annually tenders.
o Preparing any required reports and their related analysis.
o Coordinate for Personnel affairs and fulfill any other duties as directed by the manager.
