 Overall responsible for managing, Supervise & Control of general Construction related works like Erection of EHV/HV GIS + GIB, EHV/HV/MV Transformers, Shunt Reactor, MV Switchgear, Capacitor Banks, Battery Banks, Control/Protection & Auxiliary panels, Indoor & Outdoor Lighting, LV power distribution, UG Power Cables, Cable Raceways, GRID & Equipment’s Grounding.
 Ensure that all the works implementation of contractors/sub contractors are in concurrence with SEC Approved Base Design / Detailed Design Calculations & IFC drawings etc.
 Review & Approve the proposals submitted by the contractors for all the supplies required, samples, FAT and technical submittals prior to its use at site as per SEC Standards, & follow up to ensure on time procurement of all the required material.
 Inspect of all contractor’s incoming materials for damage and for compliance with Project Technical Specifications & SEC Standard.
 Instruct the Contractors for any non-conformances, & get implement the preventive action plan to prevent the re-occurrence of nonconformances.
 Recommendation of necessary changes in the Design, if required as per Site Conditions upon work progress.
 Monitor Construction Schedule item by item and feedback the Client in forms of daily / weekly progress reports, & ensure that the contractor organizes work force in the execution of all jobs.
 Carrying out various QA/QC Inspections upon completion of execution works at the project site, as per Approved Drawings, Project Specifications & SEC Standards, Replying to the RFIs raised by Contractors / Sub Contractors.Maintain quality of erection in coordination with Quality Engineer.
 Attend Weekly Site Meetings to ensure item by item progress with the Contractor. Review Minutes of Meetings, comment, and finalize.
 Review & Certify Invoices & “As Built “Drawings prepared by Contractor team, ensure the accuracy & Compliance, Compilation of RMI & RFI’s for project acceptance & final handover.
 Supervise Installation, Testing & commissioning of HV & MV Power Cables as per SOW/NG standards & approval.
 Processing of all documents as per Contract and as per NG requirements related to Projects, e.g. invoices, contractual spare parts, special tools, dismantle material etc.
 Coordination with other National Grid Divisions during Project execution stage, T & C stage, & arranging required Shutdown/Outage, conducting progress meetings till final completion of the project for the better and in time completion of the Projects.
 Preparing various documents/reports regarding Project construction activities, & Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality & environmental management procedures & controls within defined area of construction activity to guarantee safety.

 Supervise act as a Consultant of Infrastructure Project Construction & QA/QC Documentation, Electrical Specification & Installation to commissioning procedures.
 Review & Preparation of the Inspection & test plan, inspection checklist & method statement for Electrical (Low & Medium voltage power Distribution system) submitted by the contractor.
 Responsible for methodical & systematic routine material receiving the inspection, site Acceptance testing & final inspection of electrical installations.
 Conduct vendor inspection of Equipment prior to release on site & review of factory Acceptance test reports & Manufacturers Quality control documents.
 Review & checking all Electrical Plans, Design & As-Built Drawing.
 Review the project quality plans, shop drawings, projects standards & engineering specifications to ensure efficient execution of works.
 Coordinate with Engineering, client & sub-contractor representative on daily basis to resolve any quality problems or issues.
 Inspect on-site installation of LV/MV transformer grounding system, lighting panel board, electric Lighting poles & Lanterns. Coordination between Vendor, Contractor & client.
 Conduct site Supervision, Surveillance, Issuance of Quality control instruction & non-conformance report for defined works out of standards & specification.
 Certification of Monthly Invoices of Contractors / Sub Contractors as per work progress.
 Responsible for preparation & compilation of request for inspection, commissioning package & other quality related documents for project acceptance & final handover.
 Design Calculations for major Electrical Equipment’s related to Pumping Stations, Preparation of Load list & Single line Diagrams.
 Calculations of Transformers, Generator & Main Circuit Breaker Capacities, Fault Current Calculations etc.
 Calculations of Medium & Low Voltage Cables sizing along with Voltage Drop.
 External & Internal Lighting Calculations.
 Calculation of Equipment Grounding details.
 Managing all the services like Electrical, HVAC, ACS, CCTV, BMS, and PAC by coordinating with respective stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of material and smooth work flow for successful completion of the project.
 Handled procurement of vendors for projects which involve the processes like pre-qualification evaluation, shortlisting the vendors, floating tenders, preparing technical and commercial comparison, organizing negotiation meetings and finalizing the vendors.

 Supervision of HV Power & Fiber Optic Cable Installation, Jointing & Termination, Installation of Link Boxes for Indoor & Outdoor.
 Interface & Interaction between client, consultant, & Manufacturers.
 Preparing & submission of design Submittals, RFI & RMI, follow up of on Site activities with safety measures are implemented at all times.
 Follow up for Testing & Commissioning of Power & F.O. Cable Circuits, SF6 Gas & Link Boxes.
 Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly work progress reports, and Replying to contractual letters as per time to time requirements of the project.
 Monitor compliance of work, identify variance with reference to project technical specification and international standards, to ensure the requirements & specifications are met.
 Preparation & submission of As-built drawing & Manuals, clearing punch list for successful final completion of Project.

 Operation & Maintenance of 33/3.3KV outdoor S/S, 3.3KV/433V Indoor and Switchyard Equipment.
 Installation, Testing & Maintenance of Transformer, Motors & Motor starters, hoists & Conveyors. The setting of relays on LV side. Make monthly generating performance report on company consumption.
 Maintenance of D.G. Sets up to 1250KVA (3.3KV) & its Control Panels, H.T. & L.T. Equipment. Study & rectification of sequential control circuits with its trouble shooting.
 Organize the man power on daily basis as per shift requirements.
 Develop & maintain written electrical safety related work practices, Inspection of equipment’s & tools, making sure that such equipment is reliable & well to serve its purpose.

 Ensuring that all electrical site activities are conducted under the controlled condition as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan with safety measures are implemented at all times, organize the man power on daily basis as per project requirements.
 Installation & Testing of 110KV, 1X630mmsq U/G XLPE Cables between GIS & Transformers, GIS & Outdoor Gantry.
 Installation of Lightning Arrestor, Load Break Switch with & without Grounding Switch, Installation of Transformers, Capacitor Banks & flexible Bus Bars with Post & Suspension Insulator at Gantry.
 Overall Responsible for Quality Assurance of Electrical & Mechanical Equipment.

 Ensuring that all electrical site activities are conducted under the controlled condition as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan with safety measures are implemented at all times & organize the man power on daily basis as per project requirements.
 Installation, testing & commissioning of transformers rating 1500KVA (11KV/433V) with Neutral Grounding, Circuit breakers with protection panels, Capacitor Banks, Battery Banks C.Ts & P.Ts, DG Sets & Laying of Cables, complete electrification of Buildings.
 Preparation of BOQ, review design & checking of all Electrical Plans, Coordination of MEP Services, clearing punch list for successful final completion of Project.
 Planning, Scheduling, Allocation of Resources & Controlling the Projects by using appropriate Project Planning Tools.
 Develop & maintain written electrical safety related work practices, Review & evaluate the work of technicians, Coordinate with Project Engineer in the preparation of electrical installation Schedule & inspection Plans. Overall Responsible for Quality Assurance of Electrical & Mechanical Equipment.

Site supervision of all electrical works & organize the man power on day to day basis as per project requirements. Placing material requisitions to purchase department and following up with supply vendors.

 Installation of Single Pole & H-Pole mounting 250KVA & 500KVA Transformers with Air-Break Switches, Neutral Solidly grounded. Installation of Ring main units (RMU), Laying of U.G. Cables to terminate at RMU & Distribution Panels, Individual grounding for all panels. Installation of overhead ACSR Conductors on Towers/Poles @ Gantry, Calculation of Sag & tension, Selection of Insulators, Erection of Street Light Poles & fixtures, & Electrification of Residential Houses & high rise buildings.
 Develop & maintain written electrical safety related work practices, Review & evaluate the work of technician, Inspection of equipment’s & tools, making sure that such equipment is reliable & well to serve its purpose. Overall responsible for Quality Assurance of Electrical & Mechanical Equipment.
