Job description:
•Plans and organizing daily activities of the department functions including Cash Management and Credit, Data Entry, Reporting, Reconciliations, Settlements, and supporting Documentation.
•Preparing bank reconciliations, audits, and clears reconciling cash/bank items regularly.
•Handling day-to-day operations with financial institutions through. monitoring cash implementation transactions with no delay to ensure the quality of the cash flow stream.
•Preparing bank transfers, checks, and other payments.
•Maintaining petty cash accounts and logs all outgoing disbursements, ensuring that expense reports are coded properly while preparing and approving vouchers for payment.
•Reviewing the daily sales of the branches & confirmed with collected cash.
•Preparing quarterly VAT forms and reports.
•Fixed asset processing and reporting.
•Handling all the accounts for related parties.
•Manage, review, reconcile and confirm partners accounts.
•Reviewing calculation of Monthly payroll & employee benefits (vacation & end of services).
