Configure and troubleshoot the servers such as Print Server, File Server, Mapping drives. Support Mitel Phone System (VoIP) by configuring, troubleshooting IP phones and assigning policies to users. Business Continuity: Participate in documenting the Disaster Recovery Plan. Take responsibility of recovering the network devices. Revise and monitor the Backup files Processes. Analyze and refine the documents for all network devices and workstations configurations. Monitor the process of the OS update files.
IT Auditing: Revise and refine the IT policies. Provide IT Auditing on all JANOUK and JNBS IT resources in the UK. Report and propose for new policies to protect the IT resources. Monitoring and analyzing the existing policies.
Support Analysis: Supporting and analyzing the quality of service in the IT Department. Test and analyze the use of several remote support products. Provide back office support for E-Money application (SQL Server/Client application) and Caribflex (MC-SYSTEM applications). Report recommendations to increase the efficiency and reduce the overhead cost.
