Client Name: Public Work Authority (Ashghal) - Roads Projects Department (RPD).

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following):
• Establish a construction management plan to ensure all contracts are administered to a common standard and practice.
• Initiate and respond to contract correspondence to and from Client, and contractual correspondence with the Contractor.
• Officially handover the site to the contractor.
• Arrange, chair and record meetings, commencing with the kick-off meeting and thereafter progress and management meetings that are deemed necessary.
• Establish procedures for inspection approvals, testing, commissioning in accordance with the requirements of the contract.
• Review the contractor's HSE plan and ensures that the safety procedures are followed at site.
• Review and comment on the contractor's programme ensuring that they are sufficiently detailed to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the contract, allocated resources and cash flow.
• Monitor the Contractors progress during construction and regularly assesses outcomes.
• Implement QMS requirements and conduct regular Audits.
• Ensure the contractor liaises with service and other authorities in a timely manner so as not to affect the progress of the works by attending meetings, monitoring agreed programme and regular follow-up.
• Certify interim and finalize payments after full review and consultation with the responsible RE/ARE and Quantity Surveyor.
• Prepare substantial completion reports including any outstanding requirements.
• Issue taking-over and defects liability certificates as required under the contract.
• Interpret, organize, execute, manage and coordinate assignments on projects.
• Monitor construction project activities and maintain proper documentation of the work.

Lusail Plaza Infrastructure, LRT Station, Car Park and Landscape), Approximate Value: 4.2 Billion QAR

Brief Scope encompass Design and Build:

The project encompasses the design, construction, completion, handing over of the project to relevant Local Authorities and rectifying the defects. Lusail-Doha Road including tunnel, underground Car Park, combined LRT Metro Station, Short span Bridge, and all wet and dry infrastructures including landscape.

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following):
• Develop and submit Risk Management Plans and guidelines developed and regularly update the risk register as well as highlight outstanding issues, and risks.
• Hold regular meetings with client/internal departments to Identify/monitor the risk sessions and update the risk register accordingly, perform quantitative risk analysis (where necessary) to predict the project outcomes.
• Attend workshops, progress meetings and design management meetings for infrastructure works, monitoring the design submittals and approvals, BIM modelling, shop drawings and interfacing activities.
• Monitor and Control the clash detection reports being produced regularly in coordination with relevant utility operator requirements such as Marafaeq Qatar, Kahrama, Ashghal, incorporating such changes into the BIM models.
• Obtain submittal approval from the permitting authorities in coordination with interface team, including roads, water supplies, sewer lines and electrical grids.

• Responsible about the scope of metal/steel works in mega projects in Makkah the Holy city as a part from Saudi Binladin Group sister companies.
• Some period engaging in follow up pre-stressed concrete box girder short span bridges to serve the construction work in HHR Project as well as Holy Masjid and supervise the flow of the work from drilling and pouring piles, testing and breaking piles head, Static load pile test, Pile caps and piers steel, formwork and self-compacted concrete pouring, consequently preparation of girders in workshop for formwork, steel, PT ducts fixing and profiling, PT cones fixing, stressing cables, concrete pouring, grouting pre-stressed ducts.
• Ensure traceability of all materials from purchasing, fabrication, and up to delivery on site.
• Monitor the executions, administrations and performance of the design development.
• Checking with site engineers the adequacy of materials as delivered on site and ensure its compliance for installation.
• Follow raw material preparation and forecasting as per site readiness.
• Acceptance and Payment certificates activities and manage technical queries with related stakeholders.
Projects:
• Haramain High Speed Rail (HHR) HHR Project, Makkah Station, Saudi Arabia.
• Ministry of Interior (MOI) Security Buildings Holy Mashaer, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following)
Member of Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regional office Project Management Office (PMO), Part of the project management team, who is responsible for the various stages of design development from technical evaluation of the Design, Consultants, design review and technical evaluation of the sub-contractors.

• Deliver infrastructure projects from the Chinese aid to African countries such as mainly dry utilities such as roads/fiber optics.
• Deliver successfully infrastructure projects in Middle East and in Africa mainly dry utilities to serve company marketing business goals.
• Follow infrastructure works starting from, excavation, pipe laying, manholes, hand holes, cable pulling, termination, integration, acceptance, and commissioning.
• Project Risk assessment and plan for risk response strategies.
• Attend frequent meetings with all effective stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues, and review the current status against planned status and take necessary corrective actions.
• Advise the stakeholders on all matters pertaining to master planning, programming, concept design, schematic design, and design development, working drawings, material submittals and evaluation to obtain the lowest risk exposures.
• Studying the entitlement of the Contractor’s variation requests /claims of contractors including all contract administration processes.
Projects (Including but limited to the following)
Infrastructure development Program Eritel, Asmara, State of Eritrea. Supply and Install Complete telecommunication infrastructure development covering all the state of Eritrea including but not limited to (Civil Work, Hardware installation, and commissioning).

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following)
• Use finite element software for the development of prototypes, initiating structural systems and material cost studies to select the optimum.
• Review Contractor’s structural shop drawings against the contract drawings for compliance with the design intent and return to take corrective action when needed.
• Review Contractor’s structural services material proposals against specified technical performance requirements and advise the appropriateness of the proposals.
