• Marketing bank’s products and services through direct and cross selling to achieve branch goals and increase customer base and revenues.
• Providing professional, and high quality service that meet customers’ requirements and exceed their expectations, while ensuring that customers profiles are updated (through implementing the KYC principle - Know Your Customers).
• Providing guidance & support for employees reporting to me directly and indirectly
• Identify customers’ needs and fulfilling it with proper bank’s products or services.
• Handle customers’ requests/inquiries related to their accounts, products and services in a professional manner and serving all customers regardless of segment up to the level of their satisfaction.
• Approve various customer’s requests & counter transactions according to authority matrix
• Promote and sell bank products and services to achieve the yearly set targets.
• Coach and train staff reporting to me to ensure full awareness of Bank’s products, services, and P&P.
• Support the Head of retail in putting / achieving plans and carries out any tasks requested by him.
• Carry/handle efficiently custody items, keys as per custodian matrix, and relevant P&P
• Adhere to Branch Operating Model.
• Hold regular team meetings to discuss performance against branch plan; explain wider development in the Bank and to encourage open communication with all employees.
• Monitor financial budget and business goals regularly to ensure achievement of agreed objectives.
• Custodian of security items related to work such as keys.
• Agree clear performance objectives for all branch employees regularly review employee performances and conduct annual appraisals.
• Establish a Total Banking Relationship (both business and personal)
• Agree and implement training & development plans for each member of the branch.
• Counsel employees and, where necessary, take corrective action in line with the Bank’s disciplinary procedure following consultation with the Human Resources Department.
• Follow-up on daily/weekly activities and goal achievement, coach employees that need assistance and provide positive feedback regularly
