 Handle all government relation services including online transactions with the Public Authority for Manpower and MOI for employee’s residency (issuance, cancelation, renewal and transfer).
 Manage and organize all staff records through MenaITech system platform (MenaHR, MenaPay, MenaTA and MenaMe).
 Issue and announce all company memos of official Holidays and internal HR circulars.
 Issue all requested employees salary certificate, Experience certificate, maintain and update all staff records& documentation in the system.
 Issue all staff decrees such as (increment, Promotion, End of service, disciplinary action, allowances, etc) according to Kuwait labor law.
 Create and export all types of analysis reports and HR letters from Menaitech System.
 Register the new Kuwaiti staff in PIFSS and Manpower and pay the monthly subscription payment of social security to PIFSS.
 Yearly update of PIFSS with issue all required certificates.
 Issue all types of visa's (work visa, commercial visa), prepare and follow up finishing all process of work visa residency (fingerprint, medical, work permit first time, attest PCC, residency and civil id).
 Responsible of renew company salary certificates and follow up the national percentage certificate.
 Responsible for following up on employee evaluations, finalizing procedures for canceling staff residence, booking travel tickets, and following up on clearing all their final settlement.
 Renew all staff contracts yearly and maintain all staff records in the system.
 Issue and renew all types of authorized signature in Manpower, Traffic, CTC and customs.
 Renew Manpower system yearly subscription and maintain and increase the company Quota file of manpower and designations with PAI and Manpower
 Responsible of renew and transfer all company vehicles and follow up the traffic penalties related to company vehicles.
 Renew all company license in MOCI and update the custom & commercial license in custom system.
 Follow up attesting and finalize the origin of certificates related to import and export invoices.
 Follow up MEW bills and finalize the payment after review all invoices with correct reading of water and electric.
 Responsible of the employee work injury process and insurance claim with the insurance company.
 Keep abreast of new rules and regulations as per government announcements and keep advised and public announcement if required.
 Coordinate with the group factories admin for the training requests of PAAET students or any training request of faculties’ students.
 Manage company assets and handover to the staff such as (simcard, Phone device, Laptop, Seals, etc).
 Follow up the staff evaluation to implement action based on the evaluation whatever the action positive or negative.
 Manage departure and exit formalities for the employees.
 Draft out correspondences and letters to the ministries.
