• Implements effective and efficient visa process for the Company staff, also ensuring that all staff is covered by properly authorized documents and follows established procedures. Coordinates with government agencies on all legal requirements related to hiring and separation.
• Assists in administering the Human Resources policies and procedures
• Prepare, submit and follow up the documents related to all licenses needed to operate the company such as Tourism License, Trade license, Alcoholic License, Entertainers License, ETC….
• Keeps track of the validity of all working papers, and prepares/processes renewal in a timely manner as needed.
• Extract all kinds of security pass gate for “Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and sharjah- Airport” and oil installations.
• Apply for guests’ visas according to the request of the reservation department and make sure that the visa is renewed or cancelled and deleted from the list of the immigration department upon departure of guests.
• Handling all the Company Staff and Managements Housing, follow up with building / Block Owners for contract renewals, rental negotiation, maintenance requests or any request from the Company or the landlords,
• Compiles monthly HR Report and preparing other special reports as requested.
• Process all types of visas including employment visas, residence visas for employees as well as for entertainers.
• Process and renew of permits and licenses including company trade license, liquor trading license, chamber of commerce certificates of registration, civil defense certificate for the company, etc.
• Construction and demolition permit delivery corners of the earth and Alservs Blanc
• Process and renew of entertainers permits/N.O.C through Department of Tourism.
• Registration process and renew for all company vehicles.
• Obtain permits for special promotions such as raffles, publishing or advertisement displays as required.
• Process and renew of PRO Card, Immigration Deposit Boxes, etc.
• Maintain and cultivate goodwill and good relationship with Government Departments and Agencies.
• Maintain and cultivate goodwill and good relationship with Government Departments and Agencies/ be up to date with regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the Human Resources Department advised of such changes.
• Complete departure and exit formalities for employees after cancellation of visas.
• Obtain quarterly sponsorship reports from the immigration tally sponsorships and re-submit to immigration with relevant support documents.
• Follow up on cases of licenses (tourism license, alcohol license, chamber of commerce, CID license, Mailbox, certification safety and Security, car ownership, Permit artists and Private parties).
