Job Description:
- Meet and achieve the yearly targeted revenue.
- Enhance the position of our principals to prospective clients.
- Identify new projects opportunities and get well prepared for pursuing it.
- Engage with International companies for teaming/joint venture/alliance.
- Develop and manage relationships with managers and key executives within clients and prospective organizations.
- Gather useful intelligence and follow up with clients on submitted bids.
- Identify competitor’s strategies and pricing trends/ provide direction on work winning and next steps.
- Preparing and implementing technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Learn the write procedures of approaching the local authorities and their formalities.
- Review projects scope of works, contract condition and liaise with operation managers, estimation/project
managers etc.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and tenders; participate in proposal presentation and price negotiation with
clients.

a Extension Project
- Responsible as an executive engineer for the construction of a residential compound project that consists of 8 villas,
divided into 4 parts each part consists of two attached villas.
- Responsible for redesigning and checking the straining actions by the use of SAP 2000 Structural analysis program, for
the (8) villas elements, due to the replacement of hollow block slabs with Precast Prestressed Hollow Core Slabs.
- Responsible for executing separate villas, one is located at el dafna territory and the other at el-duhail.
- Responsible as a technical office engineer. As to carry out tender studies, structural design, shop drawings, sorting
quantities and technical specifications.
- Responsible for executing 3 villas + majlis at al-gharafa territory.
- Participated in studying tenders and negotiations with clients.
- Planning of the sequential order of the projects activities.
- Scheduling the time of each activity in which it will be held in.
- Reporting and registering all site work progress.
Responsible for the construction supervision of all site structural execution work and all technical specifications.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervision and inspection of reinforcement details.
- Supervision of all stages of pre-stressed concrete processes.
- Inspection of steel erections.
- Monitoring of pouring concrete and quality insurance.
- Review of design drawings with the shop drawings.
- Redesigning and checking of any suspected element.
- Aware by the ACI and ASTM, AASHTO Standards.
- Preparation of daily and monthly reports of the site progress and encountered problems.

Training in the structural design& field work of the widening of 6th
of October bridge project and the extension ramp of
the bridge.
Job Description:
The job included working on the field supervision and structural design of the cantilever steel frames in which it will carry
two additional lanes for the widening of the bridge, in order to facilitate the traffic of the bridge. The frames are rested on a
steel neck, which will be fixed to a reinforced concrete footing by the use of pre-stressed wires. The steel frames are also
reinforced by pre-stressed wires and that is because of the large moment that arises due to concentrated load at the edge of
the cantilever.
