• Monitoring the actual results with budgets and forecasting and identify deviations.
• Monitoring the pricing of products in relation to product cost and market variables .
• Controlling the Customers credits limit and credit period according to their facilities.
• Following the customers balances and analyzing the aging report and potential matters.
• Visit Branches and customers for auditing & Reconciliations.
• Analyzing various scenarios and risk assessment of customers balances and available goods.
• following Bank Guarantees For customers depending on contracts and Purchase Orders.
• Reviewing the terms and conditions of Letter of credit (LC’s) and related transactions.
• Review the monthly closing and approve the daily periodic work of accountants.
• Preparing the financial reports that required by management.
• Give the necessary training and guidance to accountants.
• Finalizing the accounts for balance sheet and income statement and cash flow.
• Assist internal and external auditors as well as regulatory bodies in discharging their work.
• Following and monitoring the transactions in compliance with Value added tax (VAT).
• Set up the works procedures and monitor it for implementation.

- Preparing vouchers of prepaid and accruals accounts.
-Following the transactions and payment to vendors and suppliers
- Understanding and implementing company financial policy and rules.

- Auditing and reviewing the Companies transactions in compliance with accounting principles.
- Preparing financial statement (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
- Preparing monthly and daily transactions (Payroll, expenses, sales, Purchases, inventory)
- Prepare Customers Taxes Reports and following the regulatory bodies
- Evaluating and understanding the internal control system in the companies.
- Confirming accounts receivable, accounts payable and physical inventory count.
