 Assessment for customer site for installation requirements and installation design.
 Provide assistance to Sales, involving innovative use of latest technology in establishing system design.
 Examining drawings and designs (hard & soft copies).
 Design, Bid Estimation and Tender responses.
 Surveying sites & interacting with the contractors / suppliers.
 Preparing passive equipment BOQ and network design (passive)
 Internal interfaces to Management, Sales, Logistics, Suppliers and Project Teams.
 Participate in regularly scheduled client meetings to review open issues, change requests, and enhance client relationship.
 Prioritize and manage to sales opportunities and goals.

Troubleshooting in customer’s technical problems, Act as a Maintenance engineer for problems that needs field actions, Control maintenance technicians, Follow up on the quality of service provided to KA customers after service activation to ensure the high standards and customer satisfaction, Daily/Monthly reports for the customer about the status of his network and Follow up with other teams for problems that are escalated to them to ensure the full and efficient problem handling.
