Central Support Service Team Leader
Lead a group of company employees and contractors provide support service to the maintenance such as Heavy lifting - Scaffolding - Civil- Insulation - Shifting - Painting

 Direct, manage and lead T/A’s, supervisors, specialists, and sub-contractors during construction and commissioning process.
 Work closely together with the Field Service Team Leader and Field Service Manager.
 Comply and insure that every member of the team complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
 Supervise the construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup of Gas turbine LM6000.
 Liaise between the client and the EPC contractor the construction works.
 Follow up the construction, commissioning of the BOP equipment.
 Follow up the construction of the water treatment plant cap. 60m3/h
 Follow up and supervise the construction of raw water, Demi water, and fuel tanks Capacity up to 3000 M3
 Supervise the construction, commissioning, and startup of Gas compressor (Valerus) 4X24mmscfd
 Follow up the fabrication and erection of pipe rack
 Follow up the fabrication of above ground and underground piping
 Coordinate and follow up the turnover documents including NDT, Logs, and nonconformance reports

Position: Area Mechanical Engineer (Oct. 2013 - DEC. 2014)
 To ensure that all the plant pipelines, rotating and static equipment
are maintained, improved and/or replaced for optimum plant availability
 To conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and non-scheduled
shutdowns and recommend problem resolutions.
 To ensure effective utilization of the Maximo system in managing
Maintenance and Breakdown activities.
 To compile/provide input for preparation of division/department Capital, Operating and 5 Years Plan budgets, and monitor/control expenditure.
 To participate in Risk Assessment exercises.
 To enforce the implementation of Gasco Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE-MS) and also promote awareness of its use among all division and department personnel.
Position: Commissioning Engineer (Nov. 2012 - Oct. 2013)
 Commissioning engineer for mechanical equipment (rotating and static) for new NGL train-4 construction (CAP. 48000mt/d)
 Lead a group of mechanical technician and supervisor to carry out MC walk downs and raise the punch list.
 Attend final inspection and box up of static equipment such as vessels-tanks-columns-heat exchanger.
 Attend mechanical run test for rotating equipment such as fin fan coolers- FD blowers-pumps-compressors and join reliability team to measure the vibration/temp for NDE/DE for motor and equipment.
 Follow up EPC Contractor’s work activities and interface coordination with the activities of third Parties.
 Coordinate EPC Contractor’s activities with Company Operations.
 Ensure construction work carried out in accordance with company rules, regulations, standards and permit to work procedures.


Position: Central Workshop Engineer (Mar. 2008 - Nov. 2012)
 Mechanical Coordinator for major Maintenance and Project activities including LPG tank refurbishment, sulfur pit refurbishment, jetty refurbishment, loading arms removal and install back after overhauling, Mol. Sieve replacement for C2/C3/C4 treaters, Furnace re-tubing for convection and radiation section, etc
