Develop business plan & sales strategy in co- ordination with the GM.
Prepare the sales forecast & ensure close coordination with credit controller.
Achieve the sales target, bottom line & collection as per the budget.
Counter sales, contract with companies & institutional sales.
Preparing, reviewing & managing the contract for B to B.

Indentify new locations for the brand and make the projection study for the coming 3 years with the marketing promo and the sales expected as well as the % of the gross profits.
Order from Japan the new products that match with the local market.
Create a dynamic stock taking system to avoid the mistakes and reduce the lost by 8 % in the spare parts department.
Monitor and report business performance to the management at specified periodicity.
Design and institute a system to track market trends, competitor strategies.
Monitor collections for all the sales made by the company, both exports and local.
(Visual Merchandising)
Communicate with store managers to work out the floor layout and display points.
Prepare and make the Window designs, internal display and other merchandising of promotional events.
Responsible for using appropriate lighting for the best presentation possible.
Arranging signages and coordinating the take down of displays after the promotion time.
Work with teams to deliver and maintain exemplary standards of visual merchandising in stores including promotion recommendations, and implementation.
Plan events and initiatives with support team and weekly activity schedules, visit stores to ensure standards are being met.
Train and develop Visual Merchandising team and deliver seasonal workshops, and ensure personal development plans are complete for all team.
Recommend visual style of promotion & source materials according to pre-decided budget.
Ensure brand standards are met & consistent throughout the brand and that equipment is put to cost effective use.
Control and manage seasonal workshops for own developments and assist in transferring new initiatives and best practice to VM team members.

Direct responsibility for delivering sales of 15 Million AED for more than 30 shops in the Gulf Area. (K.S.A, U.A.E, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait).

Create E - Learning modules to all the organization.
Create a new training idea for the K.O.J employees and get the star award for it.
Visits all the shops in the gulf countries to deliver the O.J.T ( on the job training ).
Send weekly questions for all the employees including the area manager about the features of the products and rewards the winners.
Delegate some part of the training to the area managers by delivering for them TRAIN THE TRAINER program.
