Procuring All Mechanical Materials For awarded Projects as below:
- Coordinate with the Operation department and high
management to put the subcontractors plan, to lead us to
the way that we will do the project sourcing (materials and
subcontractors).
- Study the project data such as contract, specifications,
drawings, and BOQ and preparing the required Package for
the RFQ, RFP or RFI according to the project type for each
item and send it to the suppliers to start preparing the
technical and commercial offers.
- Receive, review the offers technically to ensure that the
offers are technically equal, then comparing between the
suppliers' Quotations to ensure that we will get the optimum
Price VS the Project and client spec.
- Handle suppliers’ commercial negotiations to get the best
price, best delivery plan and Payment terms etc.
- Co-ordinate with the supplier to help him to present a good
Technical material submittal provided by some samples.
- Co-ordinate with the consultant to push him to issue the
approval of the presented submittal.
- Issuing the P.O or the contract with the supplier after

receiving the PR or SCR from the project and co-ordinate
with him concerning the delivery issues.
- coordinate with accountant Dep. to issue the payment for the
suppliers to avoid time wasting.
- Identify potential problems related to materials for the
projects and recommended suitable remedial measures.
- Manage vendors' development activities, and identify and
develop new supplier relationships to involve them in our
work cycle.
- Reporting to higher management on project budget status,
procurement schedule progress and cost analysis against
actual inquired per project.
