My Responsibilities:
• Prepare a detailed AutoCAD Plant 3D training course for the mechanical/piping design team including modelling of Piping, Equipment, Steel & preparation of piping isometrics and 2D drawings.
• Supervise all design activities carried on AutoCAD Plant 3D.
• Create AutoCAD Plant 3D Piping Catalogues and Specs to cover all the material required in water desalination and treatment projects (PVC, uPVC, GRP, uctile Iron, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel) in European & American standards.
• Prepare & check Piping Isometrics, Piping General Arrangements and Piping spools & supports fabrication drawings.
• Prepare Piping material & valves MTO and follow up until finalizing Purchase Order.
• Specify the piping support scheme, prepare and check pipe supports layout and fabrication drawings.

My Responsibilities:
• Piping Design & Plant Layout Engineering (by PDMS and AutoCAD Plant 3D).
• Piping Material Specs & Classes selection and review.
• Issue Piping Isometrics, Piping Layouts, Piping General Arrangements and Piping MTO.
• Issue Plant General Layouts, Equipment Layouts, Pipe supports layouts.
• Pipe supporting for the non-critical systems and apply the stress analysis supporting requirements for the critical systems.
• Preliminary wall thickness calculations as per ASME codes.
• Execute all necessary site visits to review and collect any required data from the existing facility if needed.
Project: Extension of Air Liquide Unit in EZZ Steel El-Sokhna
• Piping Design & Modeling.
• Review& ModifyEquipment Layout.
• Modeling Equipments and Steel Structures in PDMS.
• Coordinate piping stress analysis and PDMS admin activities.

· Gorgon Project-Barrow Island LNG Plant (Australia) (March. 2011 - Sep. 2012).
My Responsibilities:
· Piping Design and supporting by PDS.
· Piping & Layout review by Smart Plant Review.
· Piping design for the process areas and pipe racks.
· Prepare and send reports to the construction site for the modifications of the
shipped piping spools.
· Prepare Key Plan Drawings of the piping GA drawings.
· Creating and Finishing the piping GA’s drawings using PDS Drawing Manager
and MicroStation.
· Perform any other allied tasks as assigned.
Projects:
· Egyptian Fertilizers Company (EFC) I & II Revamp (Oct. 2010 - Oct. 2011).
· AlexFert Ammonium Sulphate Plant (Oct. 2011 - Nov. 2011).
My Responsibilities:
· Preparing equipment, steel structures and piping 3D modeling on Aveva
PDMS.
· Plot plans and equipment arrangements drawings.
· Preparing load data, civil and steel structure information.
· Conducts Piping Study and performs above and underground piping design
and coordination plan
· Performs PDMS drafting module.
· Prepare general arrangement, Isometric, Support (standard and special)
drawings, nozzle orientation and attachments for the equipment
· Prepare heat tracing system design.
· Materials take off (manual).
· Provide site support.
· Perform any other allied tasks as assigned.
