Site Details are as per following: (14000 Villas- 50000 Apartments- 110 Schools Education- 60 Healthcare-37000 fully developed land plots- 885 km of sewer networks- 732 km of storm networks- 3500 km of telecommunications networks- 4400 km of electrical networks-1000 km of potable water networks- 1268 km of irrigation networks- 3164 km of Roads network- 160, 000 semi developed land plots.

Project Description: The project consists of luxury Hospitality Resort Projects, including Two 5-star deluxe resort hotel, Luxury Resorts, High-end Residential Villas, Healthcare, Sports Facilities, Cultural Assets, Museums, Arts Galleries, Mosques, Schools Education, Religious Buildings, Festival Grounds, and Various Creative Districts.
Achievements:
• Handpicked to lead the coveted position of leading development management for the NEOM City Program, which was a $500 billion mega-project. with particular emphasis on maximizing return on investment and operating profitability, including management of cashflow, through close coordination with NEOM Sectors and Departments.

Project Description: Providing overall leadership and management for all aspects for the successful Program Development of a 5-star Luxury Hotel scheme following the assigned residential project management and developments program of Alesayi Hospitality Company, which was in the process of creating a(10 projects) 5-star luxury hotel network.
Achievements:
• I lead value engineering workshops and successes in reducing the project’s cost by 12%.
• I managed the partnership agreement between Alesayi and Accor hotels S.A to be the exclusive developer of Ibis hotels and Adagio serviced apartments in Saudi Arabia.
• I developed 25 hotels, which include signing the hotel management agreements with operators, acquiring the lands, raise the funds, complete the design, starting the construction on 10 projects, and opening 6 hotels so far, the remaining in the pipeline. The budgeted cost exceeds 3 billion USD.

Designed 2 five-star hotels; the Sheraton Hotel contains 532 rooms, while the Westin Hotel contains 513 rooms.
Achievements:
• Successfully managed the Deliver a Luxury Hotel Apartments for Jabal Omar Development Project, overseeing the construction of 4 towers, including two 5-star hotels, with a total project value of 400 million USD.
