• Developed and executed long-term strategic plans to achieve
organizational goals, including developing a strategic plan for the
entire department.
• Coordinated with other NWC departments to break the plans down to

engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, handover, and project closure.

• Providing though leadership, senior level project management oversight and presiding over day-to-day activities of the projects under supervision.
• Instituting PMO strategy and leading the design and implementation of a common methodology, standards and tools to drive thus facilitating successful delivery of projects within the programme.

The 4 towers are intended to be 5 stars hotels-Sheraton Hotel (532 Room) & Westin Hotel (513 Room)
• B) Project Name: King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), (40 High Rise Buildings- Mixed-Use Dvpt Project-Residential & Commercial / Retail Buildings Towers & Conference Centres & 5*Hotels Fit Out).
• Client/Owner: Riyadh Real Estate Company.
• Project Value: 30, 000, 000, 000 billion S-R.
• Project Description: An entire new city extension 72 high-rise buildings 20 to 70 stories mixed use hotels, office buildings Towers & Conference Centres, Earthwork, cut/fill and excavation activities, early works, infrastructure, metro rail, turners and landscaping. It is a multi-year design-build project consisting of 56 buildings from 20 -70 stories. Dar Al Riyadh performs consultancy and project management (PPA30, Zone2 and Zone4) of 40 of the 56 buildings (5B+G+34) Residential & Commercial Building in addition two 5 Star Hotels.
