•Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and provide solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation.
•Leading the design and engineering process for HVAC and mechanical systems.
•Deal with many AC systems like chilled water systems, VRF and DX types and Firefighting systems.

•Managing the mechanical works execution, testing, commissioning for the Crystal Lagoon and their machine room.
•Preparation for mechanical progress information for inclusion in the project report and providing all relevant information to the project manager.
•Attending regular meetings on work progress, coordination, design, etc... with main contractor and consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
•Making sure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities’ regulations.
•Checking design drawings and receiving BOQs of the mechanical works prepared by the consultant.
•Checking and revision the As-built drawings of the mechanical works that submitted by the contractor.
•Directly manage subcontractors and workgroups to provide technical support.
•Attend project, site progress and site-related technical meetings.
•Supervise on-site work to guarantee the quality of construction and installations in accordance with local drawings, specifications and regulations.
•Supervise installation and operation to warrantee machines and equipment are installed and operating according to specifications.
•Monitoring the project to assure its proceeding according to schedule
and within budget parameters.
•Report any technical aspects of the Mechanical services that may affect
construction progress and quality of services.
•Follow the safety rules of the site for all labor groups.
• Coordinate with the different disciplines in the work site.
• Calculating and estimated budget for the mechanical works.
• Processing tenders between specialized contracting companies and comparing their offers.
• Supervising the mobilization works in the projects site.
• Preparation, review quantities survey and invoices for the executed works.
