• Manage the technical team a 40 person including engineering, detailers and draft man + the estimation Department to maintain a favorable working environment
• Design precast projects such as full frame, Boundary wall, Pre-stressed beams, Cladding, wall bearing system, double tee, HCS, Volumetric system, Bath pods etc. according to international codes UBC, ACI, ASCE, LRFd, ASTM, BS, etc
• Select the best structural systems for the projects considered the Value Engineering responsible to reduce cost considering the facility of structures in erection and production which is transformed into savings which will effected on estimation phase to get the project
• Prepare the Basic/ GA Drawings after Coordinate between all activity (arch., mech., elec., Site, erection requirement, production …..etc.) to submit for consultant approval and follow up through the meetings to get the approval
• prepare fabrication drawings (Formwork and Reinforcement) for each element on the project and reviewed by supervisors and structural engineers then reviewed from me to release for production Department
• Design of steel, Aluminum, stainless steel and glass structures, facades, skylights, glazing curtain walls, staircases, balustrades, aluminum panels, and supporting steel structures.
• Design the infrastructure of real estate projects such as foundations, water tanks, landscape, internal finishing plus the precast structural skeleton of the projects
• Supervise on the Precast / Aluminum work Estimation Team to ensure attaining the quotation inquiries on time.
• Establish effective communications with appropriate executives and managers to ensure proper system to achieve more goals on the project
• Develops the innovations to create new systems and easy connections to ensure more saving on the projects on the hand and help us to get new projects
• Closely follow up all stages (production, purchase, erection, sales and project management) to solve the technical issues
• Design of precast concrete elements such as columns, beams, slabs, hollow core slab, double tee slab & Cladding and prepare the Structural calculation to submit for approval
• Prepare the Basic/ GA Drawings after Coordinate between all activity (arch., mech., elec., Site, erection requirement, production …..etc.) to submit for consultant approval and follow up through the meetings to get the approval
• study all possible obstacles, mobilization, coordination, erection requirements and production requirements To facilitate and ensure the execution of the project in the fastest time and at the lowest cost
• Study the contract agreements carefully to schedule the work according to the requirements, terms and conditions, production sequence to release the fabrication drawings accordingly
• Harmonize and meet the requirement of Client/ Consultant / PMP/ Main Contractors during drawings approval stage which will match with contract scope and highlighted the variation order if not on the contract scope
• Coordinate with other departments, especially production, QA/QC, Transportation and erection
• Coordinate with other Subcontractors if effected on our scope
• Prepare and Review the fabrication drawings (Formwork and Reinforcement) for each element on the project Prior to release for production
Almost 1 and half years of solid experience in Design and prepare shop drawings of mega projects on KSA gained good knowledge in approval procedure and site feedback
Responsibilities:
• Participate for Design projects such as RC Monolithic system, steel structural systems according to international codes UBC, ACI, ASCE, LRFd, ASTM, BS, etc
• Preparing / Review Shop drawing for all type of structural Element (Slabs, Beams, Columns, Water Tanks & Foundation).
Reference projects and accomplishments
• Preparing shop drawing of the MASA’A Extensions HAREM.MEKKAH, KSA ( CIP Foundation, columns, beams and slabs)
• Participate for design of (KAUST) KING ABDULLAH UNVIRSITY, Jeddah, KSA (CIP Villas, Steel Warehouse)
• Participate for design of Hurghada Airport Egypt
Almost 1 years of Site experience in construction activities of site planning and coordinating with the Suppliers / Vendors for material procurement, preparing Bill of Materials and develop key performance indicators for cost and quality projections.
Responsibilities:
• Review the steel gauge and prepare the RFI for approval and get approval from consultant
• Calculate the required concrete quantities and follow the pouring
• prepare the quantity survey of executed work and prepare the invoice accordingly

• Construction Air Defense House Mall and Parking, Cairo, Egypt ( hotels 13 floors + 2 basements floor for parking)
• Repair the (Tiba rose hotel) in Air defense House, Cairo, Egypt
