Responsible for Import delivery and export bookings process .
Issue and review Import Delivery Orders against required documents and payments .
Update the customer with tracking and other information related to their outgoing / ingoing shipments .
Guide and review Import customers with import documentation and Customs process order to figure out any problem and assist them to clear their shipments .
Handle and communicate our customer requests with ports of loading and discharge .
Issue and review export bill of lading, terminal documents .
Follow up the export containers moves and secure the timely and formalities of the export documents .
Control and Negotiate the overdue and abandon shipment and push the customer to clear it .
Responsible for the missing and outstanding collections .
Update and provide the sales team with the market and competitors statues and the new names to be approached .
